There are many stages which ultimately lead to anger and depression. These stages can start from a simple provocation or even from constant bullying during the person’s formative years. The anger could build up over time and eventually lead to self destruction.
This self combustion could present in many forms one of which is depression. Other forms of expression of anger are violence and a very quick temper or irritability.
An individual that has a very low tolerance to emotional stress such as pressure from work or personal life is a very good candidate for depression. They are often unable to express their feelings and are likely to implode or self destruct.
