Aggressive behavior in children is a very common phenomenon these days; however, this does not mean, in anyway, that it should be ignored or taken for granted. You should always be observing your children and if you note a persistent aggressive behavior you must make sure that you give it your full attention.
Aggressive behavior in children is not only dangerous with regard to their growth and physical health; it is almost certainly hazardous to your home environment and the general fabric of the family as well. If this aggression is not addressed in the initial stages, your child may end up in serious trouble and in the extreme may become part of some crime due to his or her aggressive behavior.

A possible explanation for this aggressive behavior in children is the same with a drug addict. If you try to stop a drug addict from getting to his drugs he will, more often than not act aggressively; the same is the case with your children only that they are addicted to TV or PlayStation.
A good way to try and handle this aggression is to control the amount of time that your child or children are allowed to play with electronic gadgets. They should be able to use laptops for their homework research and perhaps TV for an hour or so of entertainment, but they should also go out and play outdoors rather than driving or playing war games all day on a screen.
The next most common reason for aggressive behavior in children is the exposure to violence of any sort. Broken families tend to have children with greater aggression levels.
